The city has become filled with young, beautiful people, especially along South Beach. There are lots of things to do whether you're exploring Little Havana, the Coconut Grove, or Coral Gables. If you want to take a break from the beaches on one side of the city, go to the other to see the Everglades National Park. If you prefer more beaches, there are some in Key West, although its main attractions are snorkeling and SCUBA diving. And on your way, be sure to stop at Coral Castle, a beautiful structure supposedly created by one man as a result of unrequited love.
If you want to get out of the sun and take in some culture, Miami has some great museums, such as the Museum of Science and Space Transit, the Seaquarium, and the Miami-Dade Cultural Center. Another attraction is a Spanish Monastery that dates back to 1133 and was taken from Segovia, Spain. It is currently the oldest building in the country. And if you enjoy old buildings, also be sure to visit the Vizcaya Villa, a winter mansion for James Deering built in 1916. If you're here on business, some of the places that you may be visiting are the American Express, DHL, and Ryder headquarters.
